Tsitrin is a modern themed city set in a plain surrounded by hills and ocean. The city features a blend of larger and smaller skyscrapers and houses. The city is relatively small compared with other modern city projects this revision.

Travel
Tsitrin is accessible from Seneca (use the Nether or rail travel from spawn). After reaching Seneca, use boat travel to reach Tsitrin. Alternatively, follow the 1500 rail loop from Seneca (you'll need to jump off around Z=900 and find your way up through the mines).
Rail lines to and from local cities will soon be constructed.
