Spawn for revision 21 was built approximately 2 weeks before launch. The centre is set to 1,1 like last time instead of the usual 0,0 for technical reasons, namely less stress on systems that first log into the server.
The spawn itself is mostly made of ice, making it easy for getting across quickly with or without flying.
