Using this template on a page will automatically add the page to a category based on the server and map revision parameters.

- title
- creation title
- image
- image of the creation
- caption
- caption under the image
- server
- link to the server page
- map revision
- map revision (the template will automatically add (current) if it is the current revision)
- warp
- warp name
- coordinates
- x and z coordinates
- lead
- lead designer or builder
- contributors
- contributors or builders
- started
- start date (YYYY-MM-DD)
- completed
- completion date (YYYY-MM-DD)
