Government
Segasaturn95 will head up the government of Topaz, acting as Despot. He plans to appoint the following positions:
- Officers: a new Officer will be appointed for every ten residents in the city. The job of the Officers will be to enforce the town rules.
- Mayors: a Mayor would be elected from each neighborhood, and they would be responsible for deciding and maintaining building code, as well as protecting the environment, for their area of town.
