forced takeovers

This needs clarification; what is a forced takeover?

Is it a forced takeover if:

   * You just walk into someones house and say "harr, this is now my house"
   * You kill them in pvp anywhere in the world
   * You kill them in pvp inside their house
   * You kill them a certain amount of time
   * You announce you are going to force takeover his house before killing him...

Also, what is the new owner (owner2) allowed to do, and what is the old owner(owner1) allowed to do? Apparently owner2 is not allowed to remove anything, but he is allowed to add things, right? ^{[citation needed]} What is owner1 allowed to do with the house? Is he still allowed to remove the walls he build himself, to attack owner2?
