Tsitrin is a modern themed city set in a plain surrounded mostly by hills and ocean. The city features a blend of larger and smaller skyscrapers and houses. It incorporates a Spleef arena, farm buildings and storage rooms among other facilities.
Tsitrin is accessible from Seneca (use the Nether or rail travel from spawn). After reaching Seneca, use boat travel to reach Tsitrin. Alternatively, follow the 1500 rail loop from Seneca (you'll need to jump off around Z=900 and find your way up through the mines). Rail lines to and from local cities will soon be constructed.
Tsitrin first appeared in revision 8 of PvE. As before, Tsitrin hopes to be involved in the FISA spleef tournament this revision.
The city is relatively small compared with other modern city projects this revision. Many individual and shared building plots are still available and new builders are welcomed to use these - speak with segasaturn95, Merc_Rick or imwoood to request a plot.
