St. Barbara Church

St. Barbara Catholic Church is a work in progress located in Aborea, a suburb of Chronum City on the Survival Server. Founded by Historyman4788, It is dedicated to Saint Barbara, the patron saint of miners and against mine collapse. It will be erected in the typical cruciform style. Planned features include a Narthx with holy water, choir balcony, two chapels dedicated to the Virgin Mary and St. Anne, a tabernacle and a confessional. There will also be access to catacombs beneath the church.

Mission

The church's mission will be to provide Catholic Minecrafters with a virtual place of worship and to reach out to the surrounding community. Once established, the church will also provide needy players with free tools and building materials.
