Revision 10's Tsitrin is the third town of that name, created and managed by Segasaturn95, imwoood, and Merc_rick. Settled in a snowy valley near Pico, Tsitrin is almost totally isolated thanks to the large jungle separating it from much of the map. The town focuses on a modern architectural style and high standards of living.
