Top Hat was a community project on revision 14 of the creative server. It was a massive underground city taking many weeks to dig the entire 141 by 282 area to bedrock level and was completed mere seconds before the final save of the map.
Top Hat consisted of 3 different sections; the Housing district, the Business District, and the Community Builds District which covered the base of Top Hat.
Community Builds
All of the Community Builds in Top Hat are related to buildings large cities would have. In total, there were 7 Community Builds built; The Theatre, Clock Tower, Aquarium, Casino, Town Hall, Amusement Park, and Club.
