DejaKannibal founded Tenochtitlan during Revision 13, alongside dnynumberone, the town's designer, and Pandens, the towns brewer. Visitors would be greeted with the message "Welcome to Tenochtitlan, the city on the lake! Hummingbird Bridge Founder!".
