The Grand Canal was a desert city founded by Syphon_Fire and Teddylover during Revision 10. The city used a bold combination of conventional desert materials and colorful designs and pixel art. There was a strict set of rules and building code:
- Follow server rules.
- Stay inside your plot.
- Always have a mailbox.
- Always have your plot ID and plot owner at the front of your plot.
- Build out of bright or grey colours only, eg. wool, stone, lapis, planks, etc.
- Respect the neighborhood.
The Grand Canal had rail connections with Wellspring, the North-East Rail Hub, Spawn and Andromeda.
