The Creative Highway Authority refers to a server-wide project to connect the Creative server via roads/highways. It is only used for decoration. It was founded on Creative Revision 36 by Fluffhead555, iceberg76, and j0hn33y. The group is an offshoot of the CTA.

The CHA HQ can be found on Route One in the valley. The coordinates are 390, 23, 3350.

Projects
- Fulchester/Spleef Road: Started and completed in late april, 2022. This connects one of the roads to Fulchester to the Spleef arena.
- i20: Currently under construction. Starts infront of the Spleef Arena.
- Route One: Goes from AndyJF's Black Mesa build, and connects to an overpass on i20.
