With this recent update to 1.11.2, we're seeing a number of frequently asked questions so we'll aim to collect them here and add to this list should further questions arise.

Hold up. Disable your client mods to replicate the issue before reporting. We're seeing some issues with the 1.11.2 compatible client mods.

I take damage when sharing the same spot with a large number of entities...

Yes, this is the new entitycramming gameplay config [1]. All entities, mobs and players, crammed together will take damage until they are under the designated value (currently default 24).

Mobs

Evokers & their minions 'vexes' attack through walls and are hostile to villagers... help!

Evokers and vexes will still attempt to attack villagers through walls but their attempts will be futile. Villagers inside or outside a region are protected from their damage.

How do I get a llama?

Currently, with a lot of patience you can camp out extreme hills or savannah biomes to obtain them.

Give me the birds and the bees talk with regards to llamas

Only tamed llamas can be bred by feeding them hay bales.

My llama has gone missing!

If you have tamed a llama then you can use /hlist and /hgps # with the corresponding llama.

All llamas should be kept penned up while not in use as caravans will encourage all llamas within a range to follow. We will not be assisting with missing llamas via modreq if they decide to join the traveling circus.

My horse stops randomly and rears up.

Known issue, likely on Mojang's end. Sadly this can be disruptive to traveling, triggering randomly between approximately 30 seconds to several minutes apart.

Seems to be in line with a Mojang bug [2].

How do I obtain a totem of undying?

These [3] will drop from evokers. Naturally, they spawn in woodland mansion rooms but rev 19 has none of these. Instead, skeleton traps have included a custom evoker spawn.

How do I use shulker boxes?

Shulker boxes [5] can be used to make storage more compact. When placed by yourself, they will auto lock to you. These can be automatically placed by firing a shulker loaded dispenser but these boxes will not be locked with lwc.

Known Issues

• When taming a llama, we receive the message "this horse has been locked".
• /petowner is broken.
  • Does work ok for wolves.
• Plains biomes in the nether are not spawning wither skeletons correctly. Now fixed [6].
