Tsitrin is a modern themed city set in a plain surrounded by hills and ocean. The city features a blend of larger and smaller skyscrapers and houses. The city is relatively small compared with other modern city projects this revision.
The Tsitrin project was founded by segasaturn95 in revision 8 of PvE, with support from Merc_Rick and imwoood (mayors) in addition to many members.

Travel
