- Public Furnace Room (Charcoal supplied by Tree Farm)
- Wheat & Sugar Cane Farm
- A Barn (Under Construction)
- Enchanting Building
- Chest Room (For Residents to use)
- Apothecary (Alchemy)
- Inn (Yet to be named, Rooms for rent and free food)
- Railway & CARTS Station at 1800,-1800 ( Freycliff <<-CARTS->> Rackcity,)
